• Process Customer billing and carrier freight bill in timely manner
• Ability to understand logistics operation process and system to conduct freight billing
• Able to audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts
• Analyze logistics data if requires
• Performs ad-hoc reporting based on billing data
• Possess a knowledge and understanding of how billing functions affect P&L
• Flexible to work overtime when it is needed

• BA degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of customer service, account receivable, invoicing or transportation/logistics related experience
• Proactive mind and ability to handle on trouble shooting for business as well as logistics operation system
• Able to communication customer and carrier to fix issues
• Experienced in Excel, especially in performing the vlookup function and pivot table
• A self-starter attitude with an ability to work well in a fast paced environment
