Woongjin is looking for a Corporate Real Estate Support for a multi-conglomerate company known worldwide.He/She will be responsible for the day-to-day lease administration and management of all real estate services and relationships with business units regarding strategic planning to develop business cases that include economic justifications, financial reports, and labor analytics.

Job Description

  • Managing leasing, acquisition, disposition, and site selection activities for the company
  • Acting as liason between senior management and firms contracted to help maintain/manage the company’s real estate properties
  • Maintaining strong relationships with third-party leasing and sales brokers
  • Keeping a database and regularly appraising all real estate owned by the corporation
  • Working with legal counsel to draft and scrutinize legal documents
  • Coordinating with in-house facilities and property management professionals
  • Developing knowledge and tools to best facilitate the company’s need for optimal site selection
  • Collaborating with internal teams to manage due diligence, entitlements, budgets, design, engineering, and scheduling in the purchase or development of new locations
  • Performing market analysis including traffic counts, site accessibility, demographics, employee locations, and competitor locations
  • Making internal presentations to senior management for approval of leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and site selection decision
  • Establishing standardized processes and reports
  • Leading the team to be proactive and seek opportunities to reduce cost and risk
  • Quantifying and reporting on occupancy cost savings and value added

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Korean/English) with strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Graduate degree in real estate, business, economics, or another similar field
  • 10-year Real Estate or Project Management experience dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios and organizations
  • Lease negotiations skills
  • Understanding of real estate principals and valuation techniques
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering professional services
  • Leadership skills and strong team-oriented interpersonal skills
