We are searching for a passionate and dedicated individual who is ready to join a company that is currently building strong momentum and growth. As a Product Specialist, you will be essential in developing and maintaining business relationships as well as managing a product life cycle This is a highly responsible sales role and demands a high degree of self-motivation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit in order to recognize and develop new business opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Research the market to determine and identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Drive sales revenue through finding new channels and markets for distribution opportunities
  • Attend and represent company at trade shows and local events
  • Develop and deliver tactical sales and marketing campaigns
  • Be knowledgeable and provide feedbacks on products, competitive information and technology trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize business strategy around customer needs, market needs, and technical trade-offs
  • Analyze monthly analysis metrics to provide Ad-hoc reporting
  • Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules
  • Communicate and coordinate with the company headquarters in South Korea (Korean language required) to ensure products are developed, delivered , and enhanced to meet needs of markets
  • Stay up to date with the product launch checklist by keeping track of product development, accreditations, marketing materials, and PR plan
  • Demonstrate skills in the following areas: critical thinking, problem solving, time management, organization, effective communication, and multi-tasking
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years of product management or project management
  • Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal skills, persuasive, and expositive skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines given

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office 

  • Ability to effectively make formal and informal product presentations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Travel up to 10-20%
  • A bilingual (English & Korean) candidate is required

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in channel sales, medical device sales, medical equipment sales or equivalent combination
