• SOP/Work instructions maintenance and ensuring operational best practice in line with customer requirements as well as ensure operational SOP compliance
• Create/send Delivery Order to truckers and have them delivered ocean importing containers to the warehouse
• Make a booking of cargo (FTL) delivery to the carrier correctly, make sure carrier make an appointment with warehouse and pick up cargo on time, track cargo moving status
• Troubleshoot all happenings during cargo delivery and resolve issues with truckers
• Daily liaison with customer, carriers, internal staffs
• Maintaining essential documentation, such as spot rate evidence, service issues and other important information that is directly related to operation/pricing
• Reporting as needed(Service failure report, claim/damage report, others)
• Accuracy of data entry into "Cello"

• Education: BA degree strongly preferred
• 1-2 years logistics experience.
• Outlook, Microsoft Office application such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word
• Excellent written and oral skills in Korean and English
• Abel to engage and work directly with customers
• Problem solver mindset
• Self-motivated
• Strong work ethic
• Open to learning other modes of transportation as needed
