• Gather and document business requirements/processes, functional requirements, and use cases.
• Identify & validate clients" business needs & requirements/processes and translate them into application requirements.
• Understand how to measure performance and impact of initiatives.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers.

• Minimum 6+ years experience as business consultant.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in computer science, information systems, business, MBA, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal and listening.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required.
• Bilingual; English & Korean.
