• Resolve issues with issues or support projects - Solve on-site response issues related to server or escalation
• Setup when starting project - Installation and configuration according to customer's environment
• Identify the precise customer status before project order and server related response. - Help sales to grasp precise requirements and risk factors of project. Provide server-related technical query response

• Server  development experience required - Java (actual coding is not required for job, but experience in solution training / problem response is required)
• Open source S / W experience preference - Apache, Tomcat need detailed level understanding level. Accurate capture and escalation capability for checking capabilities and settings in case of problems
• Database preference - PostgreSQL, MS-SQL. Need to have trouble shooting capability such as SQL Query and DB issue. DB setup / clustering / management is not in scope
