Entry-Level Recruiting Specialists are mostly responsible for screening candidates resumes then selecting and hiring those who fit best with the clients’ organization and their policies. We are looking for passionate and driven people who have little to no experience in recruiting but are interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist and support recruiting coordinators in developing and implementing recruitment objectives, policies and standards
  • Collaborate with HR staff, Sales Team for developing and implementing recruiting policies and strategies
  • Identify and implement new selection and recruitment methods and techniques
  • Prepare recruitment paperwork
  • Prepare interview questions, tests, job descriptions and other necessary materials
  • Create, develop and post job openings on job search websites
  • Analyze candidate's resume and cover letters
  • Contact and establish appointments with prospective employees
  • Interview candidates
  • Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Organize and conduct job fairs and seminars
  • Analyze and evaluate staff performance
  • Recruit, interview, and recommend suitable candidates to client organizations
  • Develop and send offer letters
  • Provide support to candidates as well as to employees
  • Maintain, organize, and update candidate database
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and regulations
  • Building and maintaining business development relationships
  • Providing consultation and advice regarding economical market, labor market, supply and demand
