We seek a Production Supervisor- Cotton Ginnery to coordinate production activities to achieve out-turn targets.

Location: Funtua/ Gombe

Key Responsibilities include:

• Create efficient and sustainable systems and procedures to enhance the productivity of both the human and machine resources
• Ensure consistency in operational and output quality
• Make informative daily reporting tools that captures all cost elements
• Regularly and thoroughly analyse the data in the daily reporting tools to identify patterns/deviations and take initiatives for adequate control measures
• Create and submit comprehensive report on process/team performance and progress
• Consistently meet production target without jeopardizing product quality
• Maintain and promote safe and clean work environment
• Facilitate cordial relationship amongst team members and other internal/external partners
• Ensure general compliance with Standard Operating Procedures

• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, ideally in cotton production
• Local Language Fluency
• Working knowledge of applicable HSE regulations
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Ethical and Hard working
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent reasoning and decision making skills, analytical, and report writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel etc.)
