We are currently looking for a Mainframe COBOL developer for our Billing team.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

MUST Skills:

• IBM Mainframe MVS
• COBOL
• TSO
• SQL
• JCL

PLUS Skills:

• Utility Billing
• IBM File Manager or CA fileaid
• IBM Debug or interest
• IBM DB2 or relational databases
• Endevor source repository
• Install 1
• Testbase RI/Slice
