You will join the VusionGroup team in Amsterdam, a fast-growing company, where your role will be instrumental in supporting our expansion and consolidating our market position.

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.  

 

In terms of responsabilities, you will be in charge of :

  • Developing and executing account strategies to achieve business goals. 
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients. 
  • Identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. 
  • Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports. 
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. 
  • Ensuring client needs are met and addressing any issues promptly. 
  • Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions. 
  • Leading and mentoring a team of account managers. 

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for :

  • Proven experience, 15 years minimum, as a Strategic Account Director/Key Account Manager/Regional Sales Vice President/Country MD in the Retail industry. 
  • Proven extensive network from which we want to interview 
  • Ideally worked with the customer in a previous capacity 
  • Proven Leadership- and team-building skills. 
  • You bring integrity, persistence, and a curious mindset. 
  • Coachability. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the retail industry and its current events. 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. 
  • Strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 

Languages:

  • Dutch and English
