As a Senior Salesforce Specialist, you will provide functional support, maintenance and evolutions for our Salesforce environment, focusing on operational stability, user experience, and enhancements. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving issues, supporting users, and ensuring that Salesforce continues to meet our business needs.

  • Providing end-user support (Level 1 and Level 2) for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other integrated Salesforce applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Resolving user incidents and troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance.
  • Managing system configuration, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, permissions, and reports.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across business units to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Training and onboarding users, promoting adoption and best practices across teams.
  • Supporting integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Managing user roles, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Documenting configuration and support processes, maintaining a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Working with external partners, such as managed service providers and consultants, to enhance Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.  

  • Experience: 
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting Salesforce environments.
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated applications.
    • Experience working with end users across North America (supporting 20+ users).
    • Experience in retail technology or SaaS environments is a plus.
    • Experience in project management. 
  • Skills:
    • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification required.
    •  Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues quickly.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Security Models.
    • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, or SOQL/SOSL is a plus but not required.
    • Strong IT systems skills and ability to work in cross-functional global teams.
  • Abilities: 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Work independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
