1. Assist in handling customer complaints and responses
2. Product quality customer complaints and problem discussion and handling
3. FA and improvement report

• Wireless transmission equipment or system integration related industry experience of more than 1 year is preferred
• Possess LCD or system integration related industries and over 1 year of experience in handling customer complaints
• Individuals with experience in analyzing quality anomalies and the ability to write quality reports

• Possess English writing and communication skills
• Has the ability to withstand pressure and good communication and coordination skills
• Languages: Proficient in English、Chinese
