Join our Leadership Development Program as an IT/ Business Transformation Officer to gain hands-on experience leading strategic initiatives and driving transformation across different business functions.

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a rotational full-time hire program designed to fill our pipeline of future leaders.

You will experience the challenges of working on complex business issues that require strategic thinking, creativity, and strong business acumen.

The IT/ Digital Business Transformation role will expose you to unique and challenging assignments. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing innovative technologies, and enhancing the overall digital experience for our organization.

By focusing on process improvement, operational excellence, and systems/tools evolution, this position will contribute significantly to enhancing team and individual effectiveness, and output across a rapidly growing and scaling organization.

This position falls under the executive direction of our Chief Information Officer and supports various teams to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness while gaining practical hands-on experience.

The Digital Business Transformation Leadership Program is designed to empower participants by solving high value operational and productivity challenges by redesigning processes, ways of working and implementing digital technologies.

  • The participant will Interact with business stakeholders and evaluate business models, processes, and operations to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assess technology landscape and identify current-state challenges, recommend appropriate digital solutions that align with the strategic objectives.
  • Design future-state processes, leveraging digital technologies, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify solutions to business problems through the use of technology enablers.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure successful adoption and implementation of digital solutions, guiding change management efforts and overcoming resistance.
  • Implement digital solutions, working closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration and project delivery on time and within budget, while anticipating risks and issues.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure project success.
  • Support the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications we're looking for.

  • Experience:
    • Diverse experience with 3-7 years of continuous work experience in any industry (such as: consulting, entrepreneurship, technology, engineering).
    • Experience implementing technology projects (ERP, automation, Business Intelligence)
    • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), query report writers, etc. and familiarity with ERP Systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc.) and CRM
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytic capabilities, enabling you to leverage data to generate insights and drive evidence-based decision making.
    • Strong leadership potential and a passion for technology.
  • Abilities:
    • Leadership capabilities demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment, and/or internship experiences are required.
    • Business and financial acumen
    • Tech savvy, with entrepreneur mindset
    • Ability to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.
    • Ability to influence change across a matrixed organization and to break-down complex situations into simple(r) problems.
    • You are geographically mobile for your rotations.
  • Education:
    • Master’s Degree and/or MBA from an accredited university
