Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Marketing and Creative Operations leader ready to help shape the next chapter of Vuori's story. As Senior Director of Marketing and Creative Ops, you will oversee the strategy, systems and production engine that bring our brand to life across every channel and touchpoint. You will lead a talented team of marketers and creatives, building the processes and structure. This is a good opportunity to shape how a category defining apparel brand tells its story, partnering closely with our CMO and executive team to ensure our creative output is as ambitious and disciplined as our growth. 

What you'll get to do:

  • Serves as the operational backbone of the Marketing and Creative organization, responsible for driving end-to-end execution, cross-functional alignment, and organizational efficiency across all marketing and creative teams. 

Strategic Leadership 

  • Lead end-to-end marketing and creative operations to define and drive operational vision, structure, prioritization and long-term roadmap 
  • Set priorities and workflows that connect brand strategy to creative pipeline, from briefing and resourcing through review and delivery, to execution across all Commercial Channels 
  • Partner with the CMO and executive leadership to align marketing execution with business objectives and marketing goals 
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement 
  • Define, track and report on operational KPIs and metrics to measure efficiency, quality and continuous improvement across marketing and creative operations 
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation 
  • Work closely with the Marketing Leadership Team to provide strategic, cohesive leadership across the marketing department 

Operations & Execution 

  • Oversee end-to-end GTM, campaign and seasonal execution, Integrated Marketing process and project management 
  • Build scalable systems, tools and workflows that maximize efficiency 
  • Oversee the marketing and creative operations technology stack, ensuring tools and platforms are optimized, adopted and effectively utilized across teams 
  • Manage cross-functional timelines, milestone tracking, resource allocation and budget coordination 
  • Lead capacity planning and management to guide prioritization, resource allocation and ensure the team can execute effectively against business needs 
  • Establish accountability structures ensuring on time, on budget delivery 
  • Lead operational planning for seasonal and brand campaigns, partnerships and product launches 
  • Ensure marketing, creative and production ops run fluidly and seamlessly 

Cross-Functional Alignment 

  • Serve as the primary connector between Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design, Sales, Retail, Wholesale, Production and Leadership 
  • Work closely with P2M on milestone sequencing, timing and purpose to create one end-to-end process 
  • Represent Marketing in key business and operational planning, GTM, P2M to drive organizational strategy 
  • Ensure Marketing has a clear, strategic voice in all critical cross-functional meetings and business decisions to align and drive change management across marketing organization 
  • Partner with International and regional teams for global alignment 

Team & People Leadership 

  • Directly manage and develop the Marketing and Creative Operations teams 
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability and collaboration 
  • Mentor team members and create career growth pathways 
  • Set team goals, manage performance and build organizational capacity 
  • Partner with all Marketing, Creative, Production and Studio leadership 

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred 
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, creative or brand ops leadership roles, including 7+ years in a management capacity 
  • Proven track record building and scaling creative operations or marketing operations functions within a fast-growing consumer brand 
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams spanning creative, marketing strategy and production 
  • Deep understanding of GTM and integrated marketing across commercial channels 
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Passion for apparel, fitness, and the active lifestyle space strongly preferred

The salary range for this role is $197,500 per year - $250,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
