Job Description
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join Vuori’s Talent Acquisition team and help attract exceptional talent across our HQ functions. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with the P&C Business Partners and business leaders to identify, engage, and hire top candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building high-performing teams while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
What you’ll get to do:
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across HQ functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and a high-touch approach throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
- Track recruiting activity, provide regular hiring updates, and leverage recruiting metrics to drive informed hiring decisions and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate / professional-level roles.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is $74,900 per year - $96,285 per year.
