The hybrid “Forklift Driver/Returns Specialist” will split their time between assisting with all tasks that require a forklift, and processing returns for ECOM and Wholesale channels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  As a (certified) forklift driver, you will cautiously load and unload pallets onto delivery trucks and assist with placing pallets on the racking.  These tasks will account for about 20% of your total workday.  Safety and awareness are your top priorities!   

The Returns Specialist aspect includes being responsible for grading the condition of returned products with keen attention to detail and guaranteeing only brand new, unworn items are resold to our Vuori customers.  Using a computer and scan application, you will process the returns into our ERP and issue refunds to our customers.  Returns Specialists work cross functionally with the Customer Service and Wholesale Teams to confirm proper refunds are issued in a timely manner.

• Forklift Certified!

• Warehouse or retail experience 
• Extremely cautious and aware 
• Responsible and courteous 
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Highly organized and detail oriented 
• Ability to self-manage and assist fellow team members 
• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs

The hourly range for this role is $18/hr - $22/hr.
