Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Sr. Acquisition Analyst to join our Ecomm team. This role is ideal for a talented and driven performance marketer passionate about leveraging data to influence performance marketing strategies. This role will partner closely with ecommerce and the broader marketing team to identify opportunities, measure performance, and optimize new customer acquisition efforts across digital and offline channels. You’ll be at the forefront of leading analysis, solving complex problems, and making strategic recommendations to fuel business growth and shape strategies that help build lifelong fans of the brand.
What you’ll get to do:
- Analyze performance across acquisition channels (paid, search, affiliates, linear, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and scale.
- Provide analytical support for channel planning, investment decisions and agency support.
- Measure and deliver insights on key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, ACOS and conversion drivers to inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.
- Partner with merchandising to identify and amplify acquisition products and uncover new opportunities within products that are driving new customer momentum
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track KPIs such as CAC, EMV, LTV and overall channel and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze both AB tests and incrementality experiments on creative, audience targeting, and messaging to help uncover insights on improving performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights, with actionable recommendations for ad optimization
- Utilize learnings from successful campaigns and platforms to maximize efficiencies throughout the paid advertising ecosystem, including opportunities to enhance targeting, segmentation, and attribution strategies.
- Stay current on acquisition trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive insights to inform strategies.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Economics, or a related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in acquisition marketing analytics, preferably in a high-growth consumer, retail, or apparel brand.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and manipulation, as well as a strong grasp of A/B testing and incrementality experiments for metrics-driven performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, affiliate networks, etc.) and attribution models.
- Advanced proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI/MicroStrategy or similar BI tools for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Familiarity with media and marketing platform data and KPIs – media agency experience a plus, preferred.
- Exposure to forecasting or statistical modeling techniques preferred.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, customer lifecycle metrics, and segmentation strategies preferred.

The salary range for this role is $100,900 per year - $129,780 per year.
