Job Description

You’ll play an essential role in building our first-ever Learning and Development programs at Vuori. This is a unique opportunity to leverage the strengths of a company culture committed to developing the whole person in and outside of work while building programs from the ground up. The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned expert in learning and development, bringing deep experience in manager/leadership development. You possess a builder’s mindset and are eager to own leadership programs end-to-end (pilot, iterate, and scale). Your commitment to collaboration is paired with innovative approaches to development that enable us to test new modalities and rethink traditional HR-models. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director, Learning and Development and collaborate closely with our People & Culture team, Retail teams and leadership community across Vuori.  

Qualifications

What you'll get to do:

  • Manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of people leader programs and capabilities including new manager onboarding, ongoing learning opportunities and coaching programs.  
  • Design people leader learning journey and development framework; recommend modalities and activities/interactions/resources/technology to ensure an effective learning environment. 
  • Assess and gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine and ensure people leader programs and experiences remain impactful, meet objectives and communicate these findings as appropriate. 
  • Consult and partner across the business and People & Culture teams.  
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions as necessary for people leader programs and other L&D programs as needed. 
  • Partner with Retail leadership and training teams to ensure effective adaptation and adoption of programs across a growing community of store leadership teams.  
  • Experiment with innovative approaches to learning that drive engagement and align with our shared traditions and brand.  
  • Support the growth and development of the L&D team as it continues to scale.

Who you are:

  • Acts as a strategic leader within the team; can connect strategy and approach across programs and the business.  
  • Strong execution of programs to grow and develop internal talent.  
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.  
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, adept at developing and maintaining effective working relationships across all levels of an organization. 
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities. 
  • Experience developing leader programs that integrate 1:1 coaching, workshops, peer learning, self-directed learning, and other unique modalities a plus.  
  • Proven ability to build, roll out, manage and scale people leader solutions.  
  • Exceptional project management skills, from concept, to planning, to implementation, to results measurement.  
  • Proactive and able to drive project work with a sense of ownership. 
  • Prior experience rolling out programs across HQ and Retail teams preferred. 
  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 8+ years professional experience

The salary range for this role is $130,000 per year - $145,000 per year.
