Job Description

You’ll play an essential role in building our first-ever Learning and Development programs at Vuori. This is a unique opportunity to leverage the strengths of a company culture committed to developing the whole person in and outside of work while building programs from the ground up. The ideal candidate for this role has strong foundational work in learning and development, with experiences running end-to-end programs for a growing employee base. You possess a builder’s mindset and are eager to support the development and delivery of programs that educate on our values and competencies (design, pilot, iterate, and scale). Your commitment to collaboration is paired with innovative approaches to development that enable us to test new modalities and rethink traditional HR-models. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director, Learning and Development and collaborate closely with our People & Culture team, Retail teams and leadership community across Vuori. 

Qualifications

What you'll get to do:

  • Manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of values and competency programs and capabilities including workshops, self-directed resources and other modalities.  
  • Partner with L&D team to design the employee learning journey and general values and competencies development framework; recommend modalities and activities/interactions/resources/technology to ensure an effective learning environment. 
  • Assess and gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine and ensure programs and experiences remain impactful, meet objectives and communicate these findings as appropriate. 
  • Consult and partner across the business and People & Culture teams.  
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions as necessary. 
  • Partner with Retail leadership and training teams to ensure effective adaptation and adoption of programs across a growing store community.   
  • Suggest innovative approaches to learning that drive engagement and align with our shared traditions and brand.  

Who you are:

  • Strong execution of programs to grow and develop internal talent.  
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.  
  • Strong collaboration skills, proficient at developing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers.  
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities. 
  • Experience building, launching and managing organizational-wide learning programs.  
  • Strong project management skills, from concept, to planning, to implementation, to results measurement.  
  • Proactive and able to drive project work with a sense of ownership. 
  • Prior experience managing programs for HQ and Retail teams a bonus. 
  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 6+ years professional experience

The salary range for this role is $100,000 per year - $115,000 per year.
