Vuori is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Photo Retoucher to join our dynamic creative and marketing team. You'll play a key role in achieving our desired brand aesthetic through high-quality ecommerce and lifestyle imagery retouching. This includes tasks like color correction, lifestyle retouching, and e-commerce product image production, all ensuring consistency with our brand vision across all platforms.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in retouching a wide variety of imagery, for both digital and print.
• Contribute to the quality control process by identifying and flagging any potential issues in retouched images.
• Learn and implement retouching workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams.
• Assist with image organization and file management.
• Assist with e-commerce product image production tasks, ensuring consistent lighting, color, and cleanliness that reflects the brand aesthetic across all product presentations.
• Be a proactive and positive team player, willing to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to accurately match product color across various life cycles of imagery.

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Previous 3+ years of experience in photo retouching or a related role.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling images.
• Strong knowledge of retouching techniques with foundations in color correction.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture 1.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems or software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• An understanding of Vuori's brand identity.

Pay Range: $65,000-$80,000/yr
