Job Description

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a creative and strategic social media presence across all social media outlets that showcases the unique identity of the Vuori brand and establishes a strong connection with our community. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies across all social platforms, with KPIs across brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop creative campaign concepts and strategic plans for social media outlets to effectively launch and promote our brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and target audience engagement. 
  • Develop social media content calendars considering business goals and objectives including but not limited to GTM Calendar, campaigns, events and in store activations etc. 
  • Ideate, develop and submit creative + influencer briefs to align with Go-To-Market plan. 
  • Work cross-functionally with channel owners to develop clear and integrated social media strategy for global initiatives. 
  • Set goals and KPIs (with Director of Social +Influencer Marketing) and report monthly on performance across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Strava and LinkedIn. 
  • Develop, implement and manage innovative ideas and promotions to drive brand awareness and growth to organic social channels.   
  • Use web and social media analytics platforms to measure campaign success and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.  
  • Leverage data, insights, trends and best practices to inform social creative and copy development with special attention to brand authenticity, tone and voice.  
  • Work closely with Influencer Marketing to integrate influencer and collaborator stories and content creation to align with the Go-To-Market calendar and other opportunities. 
  • Manage social media team. 
  • Track emerging organic social trends and identify new, innovative ways to evolve social strategy, grow the audience and drive meaningful conversations.  
  • Manage external social partners – key contact to global social and content agency of record, social media software vendor, etc.  
  • Understand global needs, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers, and competitors in the marketplace globally.  
  • Understand and be able to help guide agency partner on reporting for social media and blog content/web analytics.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 
  • 8+ years of experience successfully managing social media for an established brand 
  • Expert knowledge in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter 
  • Experience using third party social media platforms such as Sprout Social, Planoly, etc 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing styles to suit our brand's voice and tone.  
  • Ability to meet deadlines and post social media accounts in real time, with little need for oversight 
  • Minimum of 4 years team management experience 
  • Experience working cross functionally with Marketing teams (Influencer, PR, Performance, Creative, eComm, etc) 
  • Content creation experience such as video creation and editing, photo editing, etc 
  • Managed social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok) of 500k+ followers a plus 
  • Adobe suite experience 
  • Microsoft 365 experience 
  • Asana or other project management system experience 

Additional Information

Pay Range: $110,000-$125,000/yr
