Key Responsibilities:
 Originate new clients that align with the company’s goals- Reach out to new clients in Africa and
Europe through email and LinkedIn to prospect new clients and relationships.
 Build and maintain relationships with both current and potential clients across Africa, including
corporates and financial institutions
 Act as a bridge between clients and the execution team to ensure smooth communication and
document handling until the deal is closed

 Prepare company information for Banks/Financial Institutions, including presentations, teasers, and
financial models – Present the client credit and build a case for clients for credit approval (usually
with international investors)
 Assist the internal team with credit support for the client sourced and/or assigned
 Analyse financial statements, spot issues, and recommend solutions
 Help senior management with presentations, meetings with potential lenders, or any other
requirements

Experience:
We are looking for candidates who are either freshers or have up to 2 years of experience in financial
services, including investment banking, commercial banking, credit analysis, NBFCs, or client relationship
management in the BFSI sector

Skills:
 Good financial analysis & modelling skills – Should be good with numbers, studying balance sheets,
P&L statements, analysing data & providing viewpoints. Working knowledge of MS Office
 Sound oral & written communication skills – Candidate should showcase good interpersonal skills &
be able to hold conversations & negotiations with counterparties
 A keen eye for detail, persistent learning & problem-solving attitude
 Ability to stretch, multitask, deliver under pressure & honour deadlines
 Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated candidate who aligns with a founder’s mindset,
is a team player, and has the ability to take ownership and work independently whenever required.
