Job Description

We are looking for a leader who will inspire and support the teams responsible for developing our hardware products while helping evolve our engineering, product delivery, and collaboration practices to accelerate innovation.
Your impact
Lead and coordinate product delivery
- Lead the development of hardware products from concept through production launch.
- Ensure product delivery meets quality, cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
- Contribute to the definition and validation of product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, assess, and manage technical and delivery risks.
- Ensure alignment and seamless integration across Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Continuously improve engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
- Champion robust product development practices, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), and reliability engineering.
- Foster technological innovation and support the evolution of existing product platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement of the product development lifecycle.
Transform delivery teams
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the R&D organization's transformation strategy.
- Build empowered, accountable, and value-driven product delivery teams.
- Develop communication and change management strategies that support organizational evolution.
- Facilitate communities of practice, peer reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Develop talent
- Coach, support, and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives while fostering their professional growth.
- Assess workforce and organizational needs to support business priorities.
Manage stakeholders
- Lead or contribute to governance forums and strategic committees alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders by providing visibility through dashboards and performance indicators related to product delivery, quality, and design.
Qualifications
What will help you succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- More than 5 years of experience leading technology delivery, product development, or related fields.
- More than 7 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience in the field of electronic and embedded products (hardware and firmware).
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven leadership with the ability to influence, engage, and build trusted business relationships.
- Strong leadership, team management, and change management skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
