Project Coordinator for Facade Cleaning & Maintenance Projects
Position Name: Project Coordinator (Services)
Immediate Superior: Operations Head
Job Summary:
The position is responsible for handling on-site operational aspects of a contract with clients and secure its execution in a manner that optimizes time, safety, and profitability. Contracts are specifically for the cleaning, renovationor repair of façade buildings of any height.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the team allocated to the project on-site.
2. Responsible for monitoring and reporting conditions and progress of the project on-site to the office.
3. Direct and daily on-site supervision of day-to-day activities of the Rope Access Technicians and other staff.
4. Personally contribute to the execution of day-to-day activities.
5. Accountable for a) customer satisfaction, b) respecting standard operating procedures, policies, guidelines, and manuals, c) the timely and accurate reporting of attendance and key performance indicators, and d) the respect of professional safety standards and best practices by each team member.
6. Act as the first point of contact for the client representative on-site, and report their inquiries and concerns on time to the Operations management.
7. Responsible for identifying new project opportunities on-site (organic growth).
8. Accountable for the materials provided by the company to each team member and their collection and verification at the end of the project.
9. Render such other duties and services that may be assigned from time to time.
Positions You Will Supervise:
Rope Access Technician, Foreman, Welder, Installer, Technician, and Laborers assigned to contract execution.
Qualifications:
Must be physically fit. Must be willing to be trained and a hard worker. Must be able to understand and apply safety instructions communicated in English.
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in construction site work, 2 years of which are spent in a supervisory capacity; work experience in building or facade maintenance preferred.
Level of Knowledge:
- Rope Access Technician level 2 or 3, Foreman, Mechanical Engineer
- Certification in Safety, COSH graduate
