We are looking to hire personnel for the Berwick facility.  If you have previously worked in the Berwick manufacturing facility and would like to be  considered for the positions that are open, please submit  your resume.  This open job posting is also available for people with previous experience in the modular manufacturing space that would want to join VBC on the journey to become the international leader in the modular space.  We will be contacting those who are interested as positions aligning with their skills and experience become available .

Staffing a full facility requires many skills in combination.  We are looking for both office and production talent, including: 

* Maintenance personnel having experience with wood and steel manufacturing machinery

* Production and shop floor control personnel with the ability to coordinate production schedules with material flow 

* Forklift and tractor drivers to move material stock

* Purchasing personnel with a contact network among suppliers

* Quality managers with knowledge in quality manuals and building codes

* Supervisors for production teams in panel production and modular production 

* Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, and sprinkler trade specialists

* Drywall specialist 

* Painters

* Steel profile manufacturing personnel proficient in handling brakes and laser cutters

* Woodworking specialists specialists proficient in wood cutting and preparation

* Production planning officers with a keen eye for production flow

* Assembly personnel with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job: standing up during work shifts, lifting loads of up to 40lbs, and being familiar with power tools and machinery
