RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

·        Provide innovative and creative solutions for our clients’ problems while taking the initiative to determine strategic plans for implementation.

·        Design top-tier, compelling graphics for a variety of platforms (print, social, web, video, etc.) that clearly, succinctly and effectively communicate.

·        Process, retouch and create digital imagery as needed to ensure the highest quality graphical deliverables possible.

·        Design UI/UX experiences that will be engaging for the user leading to more lead generation for our clients.

·        Custom code Wordpress-based themes utilizing best-in-class HTML/CSS/PHP/JS skills.

·        Speak fluently with regards to current communications platform and methodologies such as digital advertising and responsible social marketing as well as more traditional marketing platforms such as print, news and face-to-face trade advertising.

·        Manage multiple competing projects with extremely demanding deadlines prioritizing appropriately and effectively.

·        Deliver world-class creative solutions that deliver beyond the client expectations.

·        Actively participate in strategic conversations with clients and leadership.

·        Clearly and succinctly communicate client and internal brand identity through all platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

·        5-7 years of experience delivering world-class communications solutions

·        Proven ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly and effectively

·        Demonstrated ability to custom develop websites using HTML/CSS/PHP and JS

·        Proven experience working with clients and other creators to collaborate on projects

·        Coachable and willing to receive constructive feedback

·        Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and demanding and competing timelines

·        Must be self-motivated and willing to go above and beyond to develop creative solutions to complex problems

·        Proven ability to hear beyond what clients say to determine what they need

·        Impeccable attention to detail

·        Proven mastery of typographical and color theory skills

·        Demonstratable skills with website wireframes and layouts

·        Proven expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) on Mac platform

·        Proven advanced skills in HTML/CSS/PHP/JS

Preferences:

·        Experience with animation techniques preferred

·        Agency experience preferred
