Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We have pledged to bring urban air mobility to life by getting electric air taxis and other eVTOLs off the ground in a way that complements existing transportation options in megacities across the globe. Your crew during this flight:

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team covering the flight physical considerations including the noise of the aircraft.

Your mission during this flight:

• Actively participate in noise flight testing
• Support planning, installation, and operation of the acoustic measurement setup
• Execution of data post-processing
• Improvements of post-processing environment
• Review, maintain, and extend the test instrumentation for noise measurement

Check in your professional skills:

• Student in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree (MSc)
• Knowledge in signal post-processing
• Studies in flight mechanics and acoustics desired
• Confident knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Matlab, Python)
• Structured way of working and a high sense of accountability
• Mindset to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication skills
• Strong written and verbal English skills
