Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We are seeking a Working Student in application administration to join our Enterprise application team to work on our project management tools and CRM. As an application administrator - working student you will play a key role in supporting the successful adoption of the tools among the different departments
 

Your mission during this flight:

• You will offer hands-on support for the different teams on how to use our collaboration applications
• You will maintain the applications support activity
• You will ensure transparency regarding project timelines and critical paths to relevant stakeholders
• You will track change requests, tasks, and open issues. You will escalate issues according to the internal escalation path when necessary
• You will coordinate and prepare user-guide and documentation

Check in your professional skills:

• You are currently studying towards an engineering degree (e.g., computer, software, or a comparable subject) with a focus on Information System Management
• First relevant working experience - already completed projects or internships in technical environments
• Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience and skills working with Jira or salesforce is an advantage
• Communicative team player
• Excellent organization & project management skills
• You show initiative, enjoy accountability, and have a solution-oriented way of working
• Strong analytical skills, an affinity for numbers, and attention to detail
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• You are available for minimum 6 months on site in Bruchsal
