Job Description

Your mission during this flight:

 

  • You will understand and define the functions of the system 
  • You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans for avionic software in Connectivity & IoT, ensuring reliability and performance. 
  • You will implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using scripting languages, optimizing testing efficiency. 
  • You will conduct thorough testing to seamlessly integrate avionic software with embedded systems, addressing integration issues. 
  • You will validate and test connectivity features, ensuring robust communication and compatibility with IoT devices. 
  • You will report defects clearly and concisely, utilizing tracking tools to monitor and communicate issue statuses. 
  • You will create Software solutions from Low level requirement. 
  • You will identify bottlenecks in design and troubleshoot OS blockage. 
  • You will solve problems that arise in the role, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • You will influence decisions related to IoT solutions while considering the impact on their own work, sub-team, and department. 

Qualifications

Check in your professional skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree could be beneficial. 
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working in IoT and connectivity in avionics.
  • Experience with software development, embedded systems, and networking protocols is important. Contributions to projects and a deeper understanding of avionics systems are expected. 
  • Advanced skills in Python, C++, and Modern C++ 
  • High Knowledge of Linux OS 
  • Knowledge of ROS or ROS2 
  • Knowledge of Distributed System architecture 
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial Messaging protocols (e.g., MQTT, DDS, Pub/sub mechanics) 
  • Solid Understanding of the full development life cycle of IoT products. 
  • Focused to solve Embedded Problem and OS 
  • Consolidated focus on communication layer in Avionic landscape. 
  • Basic Knowledge of the DO178c processes for safety critical analysis 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements. 
  • Business fluent in English. German is a plus.
