Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We have pledged to bring urban air mobility to life by getting electric air taxis and other eVTOLs off the ground in a way that complements existing transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable, on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we carried out the first-ever piloted flight of a fully electric multicopter and have since conducted more than 1,500 public and private test flights across the world (www.volocopter.com). 

Your mission during this flight:

• You provide employee support on individual People & Organisation (P&O) related questions and requests.
• You assist in employee onboarding process.
• You support global mobility services by offering assistance with relocation, visa and international assignments.
• You manage absence and attendance management data for accurate Working Time Management records.
• You manage personnel file management for accurate P&O data through effective master data input.
• You ensure compliant employee offboarding by supporting administrative offboarding including reference letters.
• You participate in specific P&O initiatives regarding policies, process design, documentation creation.
• Growth projects depending on skills and development under the supervision of P&O colleagues.

Check in your professional skills:

• Currently enrolled as an university student in an HR related field.
• Good IT office skills (MS Office, Teams etc.).
• Fast learner and eager to grow.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Secure knowledge of English, German is a plus.
• First HR experience in internships beneficial, but not a must.
