Your mission during this flight:

As Junior Strategy & Execution Manger, you will be an essential part of the Strategy & Execution team at Volocopter and you will focus on main strategic and tactical questions to drive the value and growth of our business. You will combine both, Strategy and Execution, to shape the development of Volocopter and its growth opportunities in the Urban Air Mobility market. Hereby you will work very closely with the Executive Management and with various cross-functional teams.

  • Execute various strategic projects and support in task force
  • Support the Head of Strategy in day-to-day work and prepare internal and external content such as decision papers
  • Contribute to the alignment of the overall corporate strategy in cross-functional teams in our strategic planning and portfolio office
  • Provide detailed analysis as input for taking strategic decisions
  • Assist in the development of further areas for our business model and derive strategies for the Urban Air Mobility Market

Qualifications

Check in your professional skills:

  • Excellent academic background in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a comparable subject
  • First experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Merger, and Acquisitions or Project Management
  • Base knowledge in the field of strategic development of fast scaling companies
  • Demonstrated ability to independently handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external Stakeholders
  • Comfortable with taking ownership for projects independently
  • A well-developed analytical and structural way of working
  • High level of flexibility and efficiency
