Job Description

Your future Volocopter crew:

We are looking for Certifying Staff CAT B1 to support the installation of a new and ambitious Part-145 Maintenance Organization. Supporting the Flight Test Team from the technical perspective as well as supporting the AMOS Go-Live Team is completing the claim for flexibility.

Your mission during this flight:

  • As a hands-on technician, you will support the Flight Test Team
  • You will be replacing components, and preparing the A/C for flights, and assist in troubleshooting
  • You are inserting A/C and component data into AMOS and using AMOS output data to support the evaluation of maintenance tasks
  • You will support the installation and establishment of the new Part-145 organization from a technician's perspective
  • After completing all set-up phases, your position will be part of the Part-145 Organization

Qualifications

Check in your professional skills:

Required:

  • Holding an EASA Part-66 License CAT B1
  • English fluent (written and spoken)
  • EWIS training (not older than 12 months preferred)
  • Human Factors training (not older than 12 months preferred)
  • Experienced with AOG-Situations / Onsite Maintenance activities and customer dialogue

Desired:

  • Experience as Certifying Staff CAT B1 for more than 3 years
  • Experience with and passion for continuous improvement and reporting
  • Working in an international environment for more than 1 year
  • Experience with the maintenance software "AMOS" is beneficial
  • Trained in first aid    
  • Instructed on high voltage systems is beneficial
