Job Description

Your future Volocopter crew:

Our Operations Team is an ambitious, highly motivated, and flexible team to support the growth of the company. Each team member provides its competencies and energy to make the visions happen. The team is developing an Air Operator company, released from old-fashioned concepts. We aim to create the next Air Operator generation respecting applicable regulation as well as the SMS. We develop new Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness concepts following the regulations. We are a motivated Team that enjoys developing an innovative Air Operator company.

Your mission during this flight

You will be the Nominated Person for our Air Operator´s Certificate and assume all responsibilities which involve this position: 

  • Develop the Continuing Airworthiness Department
  • Develop the organization's exposition and applicable maintenance program according to new regulations and an innovative vehicle
  • Establish and introduce procedures and standards in the company
  • Work closely together with other airline departments but also Civil Aviation, Maintenance Organization, and Training Organization 
  • Participate actively in EASA rulemaking activities, work on new regulation proposals.

Qualifications

Check in your professional skills:

  • Experience as a Nominated Person role, being an EASA Form 4 holder, or having at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in defining the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP)
  • Experience in developing a reliability program - establishing procedures, processes, and training requirement -
  • Regulation knowledge
  • Motivated to work in establishing requirements that can be submitted to other target cities
  • Fluent English communication skills
