We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopter (www.volocopter.com).

Our Integrated Safety Management and Risk Team is an ambitious, high motivated and flexible team to support the growth of the company. Each team member provides its competences and energy to make the visions happen. The team is developing an overarching companywide management system. We create innovative processes which will be used on both national and international and will grow with Volocopter’s ambitions. We are a motivated Team who enjoy working with the freedom of encouragement to create new ideas.

Your mission during this flight:

• You will be in charge of developing a strategy for the Volocopter Corporate Insurance requirements.
• You will manage Insurance contracts / claims with a focus on Corporate level including R&D, Production and Aviation Operations.

Check in your professional skills:

• University degree of insurance law 5 years of experience
• Very good level of German/English
• Aviation maintenance or flight operation background
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills in order to be able to establish a good connection with external and internal contacts.
• Technical knowledge of helicopter operation is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about aviation and future technology.
