We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Your Role

We are looking for you as our system administrator for our Microsoft Dynamics365 Business Central ERP system landscape. As the ERP system administrator, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining different Microsoft D365 Business Central modules and all interfaces. You are responsible for ensuring these critical systems are continually operational and implement updates and improvements to increase productivity. You will develop solutions and standards for the pioneers of aviation, which will be used for the development, production, and operation of our Volocopters worldwide. 

Your Tasks

• Implementation and administration of modules in the Microsoft Business Central environment
• Interact with stakeholders and technical resources to design, implement and maintain ERP Business Central application
• Support the technical interfaces between Microsoft Business central and other systems (PLM, DMS, Quality System etc..)
• Responsible for technical trainings, preparing instructions and user guides assuring that all processes and workflows are applied correctly
• 1st and 2nd level user support
• Further development and optimization of existing ERP application
• Support administration of ERP access permissions for users
• Report development and customizations in Microsoft Business Central application

• 2+ years of experience in ERP Implementation
• Experience in the installation of Microsoft D365 or related ERP
• Good Knowledge in manufacturing/aviation or any regulated industry business operations is advantageous
• Experience in Data handling and System Integration
• Experience in End user support
• Know-how on all Microsoft related products (Office, Power BI, Mobility etc.)
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Experience in Reports development and Customizations in ERP application
• Ability to handle database, technical knowledge in SQL
