We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

• You will find and hire the best worldwide talent for all open positions at Volocopter
• You will build networks to find qualified candidates, source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• You will build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• You will work as liaison between management and the whole team
• You will develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• You will research jobs and tasks to document job scope and requirements
• You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and use selection tools to filter candidates within the schedule
• You will assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Check in your professional skills:

• 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Excellent ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, capability-based, stress, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Get things done mentality
• High sense of urgency
• Excellent verbal, written communication and social skills, very good English skills (written and spoken). German is a plus
