We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopter (www.volocopter.com).

Your Tasks:

• Assure Complex Electronic Hardware related airworthiness compliance in the projects
• Develop and execute Hardware Quality Assurance Plans
• Organize & Perform Pre-SOI Audits (both in-house & on suppliers sites)
• Organize & Perform  Hardware Conformity Review
• Coordinate with authority representatives as required
• Assist IMS on Complex Electronic Hardware Quality related topics (Supplier Assessment, Monitoring, etc.)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electronics Quality Assurance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RTCA DO-254 compliant projects
• Experience in SAE ARP4754 is beneficial
• Previous experience in electronics design and/or verification is beneficial
• Able to travel for supplier audits
• Team player with strong communication skills
