We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011 we performed the first-ever manned flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopter (www.volocopter.com).

• You create, write, edit, and translate contents for external communications as well as Social Media Channels 
• Continuous research and press monitoring evaluations as groundwork for long term press strategy, support in the execution of said strategy 
• Ongoing work with media and editorial teams. Build up and maintenance of existing media contact network and development of own key-contacts 
• Support in evaluation, organization, and execution of external and internal PR events 
• Opportunity to take on responsibility and shape the story of Urban Air Mobility with one of the hottest players in the field.  In your role you will directly report to the Head of PR and support communications projects across the entire company 

• You have successfully completed a degree in the humanities, communications, languages or equivalent education 
• You have 1-2 years practical experience in a PR agency and know the common tools used in corporate and product PR 
• You are passionate about words, writing and communicating 
• Provable affinity to mobility, startups or technology 
• You bring personal initiative, team-spirit, and structured thinking and like to get things done 
• You have a responsible, initiative, and solution-oriented way of working 
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
