We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011 we performed the first-ever manned flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopter (www.volocopter.com).

Job Description

Your Tasks:

  • You will be part of the recruiting team at Volocopter and will be actively involved in the entire recruiting process, such as:
    • Preparing job descriptions and job postings for various channels (social media, personnel service providers, networks, events)
    • Active sourcing candidates from different channels
    • Conduct screening interviews (phone/skype) to evaluate candidate applications
    • Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling
    • Manage all application through our internal application management system
    • Be responsible for giving timely feedback to the candidate and the hiring manager in the entire recruitment process
  • You will represent our company to the candidates and make sure that all applicants have a positive candidate experience
  • You will help to prepare and participate in our recruitment events
  • Together with our recruiters and hiring managers, you ensure that we select the right candidates professionally and with a view to our corporate culture

 

Qualifications

  • As a recruiting coordinator you are our face to the outside: you want to change the world, get things done, team first, are pragmatic & fast, at the same time demanding where we want to be excellent, tech-savvy, product-inspired
  • Firstprofessional experience in recruiting and related people processes
  • You bring initiative and innovation in the continuous improvement, tracking of KPIs and benchmarking, creation of reports
  • Experience in the management of very different assignments (engineering, software development, corporate functions): Fast pace!
  • Desired experience of hiring a large number of employees per yearHigh Scale!
