As the PLM, ALM & CAD Administrator you will be responsible to configure and maintain Volocopter’s Product- and Application Lifecycle Management tools, as well as CAX systems. You will ensure these critical systems are always running and will work on improvements to increase productivity and ease of use. 

Your Role 

You will be responsible for the administration of PTC Windchill including definition of workflows, attributes, user rights, etc. You will also be the primary contact for system and design engineers for requirements management with our ALM system PTC Integrity, focusing on configuration, baselining and supporting the team. 

Additionally, you will support our tool key-users with training and guidance, to make sure all processes and workflows are applied correctly, and feedback is considered regularly. 

You will ensure all design, simulations and calculation tools are connected to our PLM system to allow seamlessly integrated workflows for our designers. 

As a primary contact person for all PLM/ALM & CAD users, you ensure issues are resolved as fast as possible. 

Qualifications

  • IT Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar degree or experience 
  • Working experience as Administrator (min. 5 years) 
  • Experience with PTC Windchill required 
  • Experience with PTC Integrity required  
  • Experience with Siemens NX CAD Administration beneficial 
  • Very good knowledge of the English language 
  • Good knowledge of the German language preferred 
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working 
  • Good communication skills and good Team worker 
  • Good knowledge of all MS-Office software (including MS Access) 
  • Flexible worker, prepared to support and act in other functions across the
