Job Description

Your Tasks:

  • Devise the strategy, architecture and algorithms to enable the VoloDrone autonomy roadmap
  • Design and develop the autonomy solution building blocks 
  • Implement, simulate and test in a rapid development fashion 
  • Supervise UAV systems engineering for hardware and software components related to autonomy (prototype and scaled model)
  • Work “Hands On” and test “in the field” the autonomy functions

Qualifications

  • You have a MSc or PhD in Robotics, Computer Vision, Computer Science, Aerospace or equivalent
  • You have 3 years of proven experience, in industry or academia, of developing, implementing and testing algorithms in one of the following domains: decision making, motion planning, SLAM, data fusion and navigation
    Experience on UAV flight control development, navigation solutions or sensors is a plus Experience with certified hardware and software is a plus
  • You are a communicative team player and have organizational and implementation power
  • You have a responsible, initiative and solution-oriented way of working
