When you accept a position with Volo, you’ll be joining a passionate, driven group of innovators within the social sports industry. We are looking for natural leaders with an all hands on deck, not afraid to roll up their sleeves, kind of attitude. In this role, you’ll be a key player in our day-to-day adult operations, customer service, and boots on the ground for the launch of new products, particularly our new monthly membership model.
Oversee New Membership Model Experience
Be accountable for quality across all Volo Pass Member Programming
Work with Operations team to determine weekly / monthly member program offerings
Support the development & ongoing maintenance of Volo Pass program standards (i.e. practices, clinics, drop-ins)
Support all efforts to grow the Volo Pass user base
Evaluate player satisfaction with Volo Pass product offerings
Handle customer service issues pertaining to Volo Pass
Provide feedback to Volo Tech on the execution of Volo Pass
Support on-field game day operations of Volo Pass programming
Manage day to day Volo Pass player communications (i.e. welcome emails)
Oversee the design and execution of Volo Pass Field setups
Assist with the training of part-time staff on the execution of Volo Pass programming
Oversee Volo staff communication regarding the execution of Volo Pass
Support Part Time Training as it relates to Volo Pass
Assure quality control and strength of programs through site visits and serve as a site lead for programs whenever necessary
Product Experience Measurements of Success
Monthly membership model adoption rate
Monthly member numbers
Monthly member revenue
Successful launch of new products
Expand Impact through Marketing, Community Outreach, Partnerships & Events
Contribute to the development of local marketing content; support execution of sales strategy with the marketing team
Increase brand awareness for Volo through support of community events such as but not limited to tabling at community events, schools, festivals, etc.
Support outreach event & ensure attendance as needed
Support partnerships with community organizations and neighborhoods
Marketing Impact Measurements of Success
Growth in recruitment numbers for players, volunteers, and kids at our leagues
Effectiveness of event communication
Number of community events attended and relevant sign up rates
Number of neighborhood association memberships & meetings attended
Ability to consistently work nights and weekends
Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dynamic personality interested in working in, and contributing to, a fun and active sporting community
