Logistics Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure league-day preparations, such as field setup and equipment across all venues

  • Work with staff from bars and other social venues to ensure proper setup for bar leagues and post-league events

  • Establish processes and procedures for Hosts and Sport Supervisors to ensure that all leagues have:

    • Equipment 

    • Shirts

    • Check in 

    • Music

    • Lights 

    • Name tags

    • Check in station

  • Work with Sports Supervisors to maintain accurate inventory of equipment, document damages, and order replacements 

  • Work with Sports Supervisors to maintain storage spaces for equipment at venues

  • Assist Operations & Finance Director with the ordering of shirts and their delivery to venues

  • Maintain fields as needed based on weather, location, and sport-specific requirements

  • Establish processes to ensure set up and take down fields and gathering of equipment; assist with set ups as necessary

  • Use Host app to check in players as needed 

  • Supervise on field Hosts and Refs as needed 

  • Resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency

  • Anticipate and provide proactive solutions to prevent problems with from arising in the future

  • First line of escalation for customer service issues related to venues or equipment; assist with other customer service issues as needed

  • Support training in your market for the part-time Hosts as well as all internal Referees

  • Support recruiting, mentoring, and ensuring quality staff and product 

  • Support promotion of events and upcoming leagues via social media and on-field selling

  • Help distribute marketing materials

  • Execute fundraising activities with the support of league hosts

  • Encourage and maintain a quality experience throughout the league

  • Must be available at least 5 day a week for at least eight weeks:

    • Weekday availability from 1pm-4pm; 5:45pm-10:30pm 

    • Weekend availability between 9am - 7pm 

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Works well in a team atmosphere

  • Ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure

  • Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds

  • Possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly

  • Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends

  • Proficient customer service skills

  • High School Diploma /GED Equivalency
