RESPONSIBILITIES

As a field crew member, you will be responsible for the people logistics for our sports fields throughout DC.  This position will require long hours outdoors, and we are looking for individuals who are dependable, highly self-motivated problem solvers. 

• Provide guidance and communication/coordination for field crew staff and contractors on a daily basis
• Mange field coverage, breaks, and weather updates as necessary

MUST-HAVES

• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment

• A minimum of one year of work experience in a customer service setting

• Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be available to work early morning shifts

• Comfortable working outside for extended periods of time and  in varying weather conditions

• Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 25lbs

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age

• A background in sports (as either a player or a coach)

• Management experience at any level

• Associates or Bachelors degree
