Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with the CEO and CIO with initiatives including (but not limited to) investment opportunities, new product launches, customer & employee experience and technology improvements. 

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to manage projects

  • Develop detailed project plans for a successful product launches, including Volo Pass

  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production

  • Interface with sales team to develop successful sales strategies for products

  • Provide expertise & training in local markets on best practices regarding product and operations as necessary

  • Assist in the team build out for local teams to implement new products

  • Conduct any necessary research to determine customer needs & monitor competitors

  • Provide & implement recommendations to improve customer & employee experience

Qualifications

MUST-HAVES

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5-8 years experience in sports, event management, travel or hospitality

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives

  • Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision

  • Detail-oriented project manager – you have experience managing multiple projects across function areas and feel comfortable wearing many hats

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Dynamic personality interested in working in, and contributing to, a fun and active environment
