Job Description:
- Reach out prospects by Email marketing, Cold calling, LinkedIn and other online Prospecting tools.
- Cold call targeted prospects in the US and UK followed by rigorous follow ups.
- Getting past the reception/gate keeper on board line numbers or direct numbers to C-level executives like CEOs, CTOs, R&D managers, Product managers, Project managers etc.
- Effectively pitch Volansys portfolio by offering Product engineering & development and Software solution services.
- Strike effective conversation during introductory calls and set up appointments and meetings with the business team.
- Help in contacts and database generation following a pre-defined process using online portals, event/exhibition database and in-house data extraction tool.
- Maintain own accounts, leads, potentials and progress sheet.
- Achieve weekly and monthly target for lead generation, No targets for revenue generation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ work experience in International Sales with Product engineering or IT company only
- Prior engineering services business lead generation experience is MUST.
- Excellent communication skills with good presentation and logical reasoning skills
- Comfortable doing database generation, email marketing and cold calling campaigns
- Comfortable with Google search, LinkedIn and Microsoft excel to build prospects database
- Hard working, energetic and passionate about sales, someone who show lot of enthusiasm talking to prospects and understand their pain points
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders throughout the sales-cycle
- Technical knowledge and exposure to Embedded Systems - HW and SW/Video surveillance/Networking/Wireless technology would be a plus
- Prior exposure to Salesforce or Zoho CRM would be a plus.
- Can work in Evening Shift, No Night Shift.
