• Handling clients via calls and solving queries.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in written and oral. (English)
• Complete understanding of the software product and process.
• Ability to understand the client queries and provide end-to-end resolution
• Responsible for client interaction, including cooperation with other team members for resolution and follow up

Required Candidate profile 

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Handling Voice calls (Domestic Process) and online product demonstration
• Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
