Job Description:

• Responsible for L&D activities - complete L&D process
• Coordinating with managers to identify training needs, prepare training calendars, and execute the same.
• Ensure that activities in HR as carried out as per SOP and highlight any deviations.
• Able to deliver short sessions to junior-level employees as required
• Ensure evaluation of training sessions and ensure proper documentation from Audits perspective
• Maintain training records and produce the same for inspections
• Able to involve in the team where Employee Engagement and other initiatives are planned

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills and language skills. Good writing skills with equal competency in the comprehension
• Able to put forward new ideas and deal with functional heads with Influencing capability
• Conversant with HR systems and OD processes
