Job Description
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing performance led digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention across our retail brands. This role blends strategic planning with hands on optimisation, ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable business outcomes and supports growth across our customer base.
You Will Provide:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned to business and brand objectives.
- Lead the planning, implementation and optimisation of campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic and affiliate channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to improve return on investment and customer outcomes.
- Manage and optimise media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels.
- Deliver actionable reporting and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Loyalty, Digital, Customer, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, platform partners and technology providers.
- Drive testing and experimentation programs to improve engagement, conversion and retention outcomes.
- Support annual planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Ensure marketing activity complies with privacy, consent and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Media Manager role.
- Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta, display, programmatic and digital media platforms.
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Advanced analytical capability with experience interpreting campaign and customer data to drive optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Retail, convenience, loyalty or customer-focused marketing experience will be highly regarded.
