Job Description
Drive the future of payments at Viva Energy. Reporting to the Payments Platform Lead, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and delivery-focused professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering critical payments initiatives across the business.
We have an exciting, 6-month fixed term contract, as the IT Delivery Coordinator you will be at the centre of project, change, and release delivery, ensuring key payments solutions are implemented successfully, on time, and within budget. Working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives, keeping teams aligned and focused on achieving outstanding outcomes.
Beyond delivery coordination, you will be responsible for reporting, scheduling, risk and issue management, escalation support, progress tracking, and stakeholder communications. Your ability to build strong relationships, anticipate challenges, and maintain delivery excellence will be key to your success.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Payments Solution Delivery and Program Management: Work closely with Payments Team to manage delivery of payments solution while ensuring accountability and timely implementation
- Governance: Support the management of communications and forums with key internal and external stakeholders
- Communications Management: Assist with the delivery of communications for both internal and external stakeholders for projects and BAU activities undertaken by the team, to both showcase the work undertaken and support delivery
- Incident and Risk Management: Manage payments incident catalogue, post incident action items and ensure timely publishing of post incident report
- Change Management: Ensure all payments related changes follow the Change Management Process, coordinates all aspect of changes from planning and implementation to communication and adoption
- Problem Management: Manage all problems identified within payments; follows up resolution and updates for each problem and ensure accountability
- Address and resolve any customer requests, escalations, or high priority incidents
- Work as a conduit for the business to help translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Any other duties as requested from time to time
Qualifications
- You will excel at developing/updating process documentation
- Experience in complex enterprise IT Service Delivery environments
- Experience in dealing with third party-provided services
- You will need to be pragmatic, flexible and able to negotiate with a variety of teams
- Experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas preferably ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance
- You will need to communicate effectively and advocate on behalf of the customer
- Knowledge of ITSM tool including automation/orchestration (desirable)
